@ErosBu You should be able to fix that in a few different ways. If you purchased EA Play Pro, we typically suggest reinstalling that version of the game.
You can clear cache and repair the game:
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
Or, uninstall the game, do a manual search of the game in the store and download that version. This takes longer but typically will resolve that. Your app is trying to launch the trial version and the full version of the game.
