Wrong platform subscription

Hello EA Support Team,

I accidentally purchased a 1-month EA Play subscription for the wrong platform. I actually intended to buy it for PlayStation but forgot to select it, and ended up purchasing it for the wrong platform. I have not used the subscription and canceled it immediately. Could you please help me get a refund or transfer it to the correct platform?

    Which platform did you purchase your membership for? 

    If you purchased for PC, you can contact live support here to check your refund eligibility. If you purchased for Xbox, you'd want to contact Xbox support so they can take a look with you.
