Re: EA Play Pro automatically canceled itself

 my EA Play Pro subscription was automatically cancelled today without me requesting it.  
I activated it earlier today on my account , and the payment was successfully charged
A few hours later, I received an email saying my membership was cancelled automatically.  

I would like to know the exact reason for this cancellation and if it’s possible to reactivate the subscription without having to make a new payment.  
I can provide payment proof and the cancellation email if needed.
