@batmannibal On the real though, just make sure you aren't logged in, and change the account options. One will. A lot of them no longer do which is bothersome I agree. I was messing around with it earlier and some did and some did not. Also, make sure the page is set to EN or EU. That helps too if it is not set.
Choosing the EA app and not the account option also helps. I just tried that one. Really they want the exact prompts but I chose EA app, I cant log into my account and I see the chat there. It is easier than the frustration of choosing many different ones to speak to someone now. - batmannibal1 year agoNot applicable
Well I finally had a chance to connect with someone and couldn't solve my problem. They said transaction is failed and that's all. EA canceled my continuing membership in a funny way (because this is the very first time I had something like this with any other subscriptions - directly cancelling membership in the same moment saying me to update my method) & can't do anything about it.
I think it's time for me to say goodbye for this years subscription. Thank you for your support @EA_Shepard.
