@EA_Jason , you can tell your boss/manager it's a shame...it has been a month and you (EA) can't solve this issue...as a customer, I honestly don't care if it's a Sony or EA issue : i'm paying EA to get the trial...the only way to get a taste of EA games, is via Ea play...if it's not working, what's the point of using your product??
Hey guys, I started a similar post but for NHL 22. Like you guys, the trial became locked on PS5 after the official release date on Oct 15th. Although I seem to be able to download and play the FIFA 22 trial from the EA Play page on my account, not sure why that is. Maybe those who did not play it before the official release date can download it after and play it?
Anyway, I just wanted to let you guys know that you can file a complaint against EA to the Better Business Bureau: https://www.bbb.org/us/ca/redwood-city/profile/wholesale-video-games/electronic-arts-inc-1116-64196
Not sure if anything will actually be done but we might have a better chance if we get more people to file complaints.
