Re: Hacked banned. What now?

Polite and constructive? Why is your TOS not held to the same standard?? For 3 months I tried being polite kindly highlighting where the proof was that it was not me hacking...the requests would close in 15 minutes saying they did tons of research.. (which was clearly a lie) 3 months... begging for someone to just read my request for proper customer service but EA clearly only cares about my money and once they have that there is no care on their end.  The first company ever to punish the victim of hacking.. EA lost a customer and I am doing my best to spread the word that EA is not worth the money and I am in the process of getting my account deleted so I can just be done with it forever.

    Sorry to say @Rythen180 but if our TOS team have repeatedly denied your appeal then there is nothing that we can do on AHQ to change this.
