If you believe someone else has accessed your account you will need to get in touch with an advisor for further assistance. They will be able to look to verify and look into your account further, also we have a help article to review that talks more about account security.

I have the same issue. Get this message when I try to add my ea account to my psn account. Obviously not my email or account. Just brought and downloaded 2 ea games and now they are basically useless.
This exact same problem has happened to me and ea help has done nothing to help me. Is there no way for them to remove my psn account from an EA account that is NOT MINE?!
