Re: How To Request A Refund For EA Play Subscription

I was wondering how to find the live chat. I've spoke to two different live chatters in the past 3 days and they've either told me to wait or all of a sudden they've had a 'technical issue'. I'm getting really tired of this because I have a valid reason for needing a refund and I just want it issued as soon as possible. Now when I go to the tab to speak to live chat ONCE AGAIN there's literally no option and it's telling me to do stuff I literally can't do lmfao. I have everything prepared including the old transcript they told me to send to the next person I speak to.

Hey there,

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues contacting EA Help Support.

If you're not getting the chat option when trying to contact support, can you please try:

Go to: https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/

Select the game you need assistance with or EA App

Select "I want to update my EA Account information"

Scroll down the page to find the "Chat with us" option

If the chat doesn't show up, please try doing that while logged out. Once selecting the chat option it will ask you to log in, but you can select the option to continue without logging in.

@somisomsomi Try it in incognito mode. Also save the old case numbers to report the previous advisors. Keep in mind that you may be not eligible for an EA play refund.
