May I ask, how exactly are you trying to subscribe to EA Play Pro? Is this via the Origin website (https://Origin.com) or via the Origin or EA Desktop app?

If you're trying to do it via the programs, can you try it via the website to see if you're getting the same error?

If that doesn't work, please try the following possible workarounds:
- See if it works in a different browser
- Check if it works via mobile device
- If you have the possibility, please see if you can set up a mobile hotspot and do it via that network
- Try a different payment method
