Did you make a subscription through the EA app or did you go to the website that I linked below this and choose EA Play for PSN?

If you made a subscription through the website, then you should be able to use it there, and it means there's some kind of technical issue. However, if you signed up through the EA app, then the subscription is only for the EA app as they are platform specific and only apply to one platform, not all of them.
