That's unfortunate. That is the only way to restore a deleted EA account and our advisors can't restore the account for you. You're only path forward is trying to recover the old email address. If that doesn't work, then there is nothing that can be done.

I lost access to my email and cannot login to the account anymore since I cannot reset the password, the account still exists I think. Is there any way of breaking the connection or resetting the email address? It is also
linked to my ps5 so I either need it unlinked or reset
Surely this is an unacceptable response.
I paid full price for an EA game (FC24) and cannot use all the features because my PSN is linked to an EA account I made when I was 12.
Why can you not disable the account completely...? It's 2024.
What if I wanted to start a new EA account? Why wasn't that an option?

Hey! Just fixed a similar issue with a deactivated account. I created a new EA account but was not able to link it to my PSN because the old account was still linked. The only way to unlink is to have access to the account, but they changed the email address to something like *****[edit: email address removed] which means I couldn't get into the account. The only way to resolve it is via live chat with an advisor. I don't know why this moderator is telling you their advisors aren't able to unlink or delete accounts because they just did that for me. It's really hard to access the live chat, so I'll save you the headache.
Tap live chat, wait in the queue for a while, then explain your situation. Tell them you don't care about the old account and just want to link a new account. Worked for me!

I have tried to tell them to just unlink the account to my ps5 but the do ask questions about the account and some private information I did made that account with school mail and when I login and make new password and identity verification and all after that when I log into the account the password is immediately gets changed witch is very weird because I changed the password and only me knows the password but still, and one with the same problem and any solution for this problem?
