The thing is that, I want to remove my licence on pair of games provided by publisher EA access's (play's) subscription on ps4 platform due to fact that my EA access's subscription is already expired and I have no access to games, (it's depressing) I've contacted to PS technical support and they told me, in this case, they're not authorized to remove/cancel licence provided other publisher's service.
Basically the licence attached to EA access is different than the licence you get when you purchase a game.
i assure you the system is not automated or guess automated through one hole.
