I'm not really sure how to make sure that the info that I entered matches my financial institution, because the main problem is that I cannot add my financial data, my brazilian credit card or anything, I was just able to change the region and phone number and that was all, no address, no document required, nothing.
When I click on "Add Payment" button, I get the error "Operation Failed, please Try Again Later", attaching all the relevant screenshoots

Hey @rorrus There might be regional restrictions causing this issue, such as EA Play Pro not being available in Brazil, for example. You may need to purchase a new subscription .
