Hi all,

Please note that our https://www.ea.com/ea-play/games website should be followed when it comes to games included in EA Play. Checking the PlayStation EA Play Play List website, it could be that PlayStation has a temporary promotion for some items that overwrites what's included in EA Play on PlayStation. However, this is usually not something we handle, as the storefront is being handled by PlayStation, since it's their store.

However, we'll check with our and the PlayStation teams if this is intended or not.

    My mates having same problem, we all thought he was being daft but turns out he's not...

    @EA_Leeuw Do you guys following the issue in here? We are all aware what EA Play offers for Playstation. In the link you provide that has the list of games where some of them missed in our systems now. So as EA , are you saying that you offer those games to some people but not us? What is your point for sharing this nonsense comment? Its been almost 1 month and we still can't access those games. I paid 4 years of subscription money to you last month. Is this what I paid for really ?

    @Canerpiskin Also the attitude you are showing is inappropriate. You may have problem in your systems but instead of promising that you are going to try to fix it asap , you come us and say like you paid the money but you know what we don't care about your experience and we don't care if you can't access the games what we promised you before charging your money. We need a fix asap

    Hi everyone,

    We have received news from Sony that this issue should now be resolved.

    Could you please verify if you're now able to claim the games again with your EA Play for PlayStation membership?

    thats good news. and it only took 2 months.. you should compensate anyone who had an active subscription in this timeframe from the affected regions.

    @mr_misesz @I am in total agreement with you, everyone should be compensated. Fantastic if it is actually (can't see as I no longer have subscription due to issues and didn't believe we were being taken seriously) but we should be compensated with two months worth of subscription...... So any news on when this will happen

    Dead Space , Madden NFL 24 , Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order, Battlefield Hardline are still not included. Others seems fine

    @Canerpiskin Hi, it looks like these games are currently on offer in the PlayStation store, meaning that they're potentially temporarily excluded from the EA Play Play List by PlayStation because of that.

    so to sum up, nothing has been really fixed. the previous promotion that made the games un-downloadable potentially ran its course so the games appeared again. Now there is another promotion running so the issue is back.

    Jedi: Fallen Order still requires payment and not shown as part of EA Play for me, it's not on PS sale anymore (EA play offers 10% off but not free for some reason)

    Thank you for your reply, but it is not related to discounts etc. As you can see the EA Play offer is not visible. And the discount is for Deluxe version,not the other one

    Also in my post there were other games,like BF Hardline, where discount does not appear but still EA play is not appearing as buying option.

    It's been more than 2 months and I am still not sure how you are planning to compensate this situation for us.

    I am including a normal offer for EA Play, A Way Out, you can check how it should be looked. Some offers like this are perfectly working well

    Dead Space still has the same problem, can you check it out, please? My region is also Turkey by the way.

    @EA_Leeuw Hi! Sadly this issue ISN'T solved at all, EA support say that this is handled by PlayStation but EA got the money for the service.
    I've wanted to play Dead Space and now I can't and I'm reading that this is an issue my months and months... this is YOUR service, the game availability is the base of the service, without game there is no service.

    How does such a simple thing is getting dragged by months?
    This is insane... please fix the issue ASAP!

    I am in the same situation. I hope they will refund us the months. This situation is absurd.
