Weird how I removed my payment info, canceled my membership but you guys still stole my money out of my account

Same here, checked my account thinking maybe I forgot to cancel but it turns out I had but they still billed me
That just happened to me my ea play was cancel and it still took it off
I though I'm only one!. Ea is worst gaming company! Now I understood why!( no support but u have pay for what? And they never answers! My Dear Ilon could uvpls buy them and fire! Same as u did to Twitter!
