So EA just took 3.99 from my bank even me knowing abaout it!

I dint have any money on my bank accaount this month and i got email from EA billing service. I was suprised because i have not used any EA service 2/3 years for now.
So i looked my payment history or whateva, on 2019 yeah i played apex legend and then maybe i did one month sub that was 02.26.2019. So EA has my information.
Then Ea just started taking monthly FEE 3.99 EVERY MONTH 10.18.2020 ( MORE THEN YEAR LATER) i am like WTF NOW! 2 years ZERO NOTICE that every month EA charges me 3.99.
And now i want my money back, the sum aint large but it does not matter, i feel like robbed right now!!!
