The Play List, No Games Showing

Hey guys wondering if anyone can help, When I try to access the play list nothing appears on the right it’s completely blank. Game trials load up for me. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but with the same issue. I have closed background apps also I have even restarted my Playstaiton 4. Current details I have is EA play verision 1.11 and my PlayStation is currently on 7.51

    Hello @declantmurray

    A few options you could try is to completely power down the computer and unplug the power cable for a couple mins, then boot it back up and see if that fixes the issue.

    If not then sign out of your EA account on your PS4 or change the password and see if that helps. Again if still no luck you could go to: https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/aboutme/index and unlink your PS4 from your EA account and then relink it.

    Hopefully one of those will fix your problem.

    How do I get a refund for my year long subscription that I can't use now for over a month?

    I’m having the same problem. Every time I open the app on PS4 it just crashes. Everything is up to date. Also Fifa 21 should show as free but it doesn’t once you click on it it asks you to pay full price. It’s a complete disgrace, people pay money for this service that is utter garbage. EA GET IT FIX!

    Ive just bought ea play and the same problem happened to me. I've realized if you search the game you want to download thats included in the playlist (check the ea website for your console or PC to check what games are included) then it'll be free to download and will show you have ea play so you get the use out if ea play.

    And only stop showing me the games on the playlist and then the trials once I paid for the subscription and I don't understand why this happened makes no sense

    So as of September 19th 2021 now yet again EA Play has gone down on the PS4 & there seems to be no solution in sight from Electronic Arts or Playstation. I would love to know what my EA Play subscription is paying for other then fattening the pockets of someone within the confines of Electronic Arts
