torchlight II
I purchased Torchlight 2 on EA Play and downloaded it and played it a bit, then half a year later I got a new computer and downloaded EA origins because the file I had transfered to my new computer (...
Hi there @BeefsteakTomat0,
If you're no longer seeing your game in your Origin library, and you're not seeing any purchase history for this in your order history, it sounds like you're logging into a different Origin account than the one you originally purchased your game with. You'd need to login with the account you originally bought your game on, and you'll see Torchlight available in your library to download and play.
If you need help locating the original account, that's something the live support team can look into with you- here on AHQ we wouldn't have access to those specific account details. You can reach out to live support through the help site here, or through Twitter and Facebook as well if you prefer.
I can confirm this is indeed the correct account since my only other account has but 1 game, plants vs zombies. I also remember buying the game with an ea play discount, and the account I'm using right now is the only one with ea play because it is tied to my microsoft account with gamepass ultimate. I have never tied my gamepass ultimate microsoft account to the plants vs zombies account. This is my main account where all my games are.
EDIT: Is there a CD key in the install folder that I can use to register my game?
