Unable to download EA Play games on PS4/PS5

hello! im on PS5 in Turkey. Buy EA play and try to download it takes two (because everywhere on WEB they said full game include in subscription), but I can't do this. PS Store have just 1 option...

Hi @SilentStarky Are only seeing a purchase option when searching for the game via the PlayStation store? Has it shown this since getting EA Play on PS4, or have you downloaded and played it before?

    @EA_Illium I havent downloaded the game, i think reason for discount is that im an ea play member, yes im only seeing a purchase option not a download option unlike other ea play included games, i can see an additional download option for other included ea play games

      Hi @SilentStarky can you try to restore PS4 Licenses, restart the console and check again?

        @EA_Illium Nah that doesnt work, i dont think its a problem on my end ,i dont think mass effect legendary edition is included for free in ea play on playstation 4, i think it only gives you %10 discount if you are an ea play member
