unable to download games from both EA Play and Xbox App

Whenever i try to install from the xbox app, EA Play launches it does a loading circle and then nothing happens. Same thing happens when i download from EA Play a circle then nothing

    @broomkart i updated my xbox app to the latest version and now it works

Hi @broomkart, 

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the EA Desktop app to see if that helps at all?
