Vault

For months I have not been able to do anything on my madden trial, now recently I have zero access to downloading new games from the vault. I have deleted and reinstalled EAPLAY as well as Madden, same problem. I use to really like the service, great value. Now unfortunately I am paying a subscription for 4 games, 2 of which I already own..
