Before we get started, I just want to make it clear that I do not work for EA. I just like to help fellow gamers with their problems, and inform them to the best of my ability. I will not be held responsible for any damage to your PC or any loss of data. This has never happened to any of my clients before, but I just want to make that clear.

I think your best bet is to un-link both accounts and create a new EA account. If you have another email or a friend/family member/partner who wouldn't mind their email being used, then use that.
Once your new EA account has been made, do not try and download Battlefield V, because none of your data will be there (obviously).
You should now try to merge your old EA account and the new one you created, together. To do this, you will need to contact EA directly to get the best help.
To contact EA directly, follow these steps:
1. Go to the EA Help website.
2. Log in to your EA Account.
3. Choose the category that best matches your issue.
4. Select the topic that describes your issue.
5. If the option is available, click on 'Chat with us' or 'Start chat'.
6. Fill in the contact form with your details.
7. Click 'Send'.
8. A chat window will open where you can talk to an advisor.
Note: Not all issues have the option to chat with an advisor. In such cases, there may be self-help options or community forums available. Make sure to provide as much information as possible about your issue to get the best assistance. You will need access to the email addresses used for both accounts to prove ownership.
(They normally respond within 1-5 business days)
Once you have successfully merged the two accounts, Battlefield V should be automatically downloaded with your data already there!
You will then need to renew your Xbox Game Pass if you want to. If you do renew it, you will just need to do what you did before to link your Xbox account to your joint EA account.
