Can’t download playtest on PS5

I have redeemed the code given in the email on ps5 but it isn’t showing in my library to download. Can’t redeem code again. 
Other forum uses on Xbox have searched for EA SPORTS FC PLAYTEST in their library but doesn’t appear to work for ps5
