Can't download beta

Experiencing the same thing

Hey folks,

Just checking: What platform do you play on? Also, is this for the FC 27 beta?

I had this issue on Xbox Series X and yes, it is for FC 27

Try going to "My Games & Apps" - scroll across to "Free with XBOX" and it should be there to install under "Demos"!

Cheers for sharing where to find it. 🙂 Have you had any issues downloading it after you found it?

Having same issue for PS5 - followed instructions as per email, went on browser on my mac, seemed to be fine there, then went on console (like email said) and then said code has already been redeemed.  Went to get another code and then it doesn't seem to work at all saying it's invalid.

Did you have any error when you redeemed your playtest code? Is the beta not already in your game library?

EA_QueenBee​ The game is not in the library. I also tried to get a new code. But it didn’t work. PS: I first redeemed the code on my PlayStation mobile app. Then went to download on PlayStation 5 but couldn’t find it

We restarted the PS5 and it does appear in there now ... it didn't before.  It's downloading so I think it's all okay now.  Thank you.  

Same issue here. PS5 Received the code. Followed link to PS site. Redeemed code. 

Gone on PlayStation and it's not showing in Library anywhere. 

Didn't prompt to ask if I wanted to "start download" or anything like it usually does when I get a game.
