Missing EA Playtesting Reward from Feb 21 – No Resolution
Hello, I’m writing regarding a missing reward from an EA Playtesting survey that I completed on February 21st.I was supposed to receive a game code (FC 27), but I never received anything. I have already contacted EA Support multiple times. Each time my account was checked and confirmed to be fine. I was told this was a known issue affecting multiple players and that the case was escalated. However, my cases have now been closed twice without any resolution, and it has been over 8 months since I completed the survey. At this point, I would really appreciate it if someone from the team could look into this, as I’ve been waiting for quite a long time with no outcome. Thank you in advance.
Game stuck on starting EA Javelin Anticheat (FC 26 + FC 27 Beta)
For multiple months, I have been unable to launch FC 26, and am now having the exact same issue with the FC 27 Beta. The game will not launch and will get stuck on the first screen, sometimes a similar screen but it will instead attempt to reinstall the anticheat and launch the game (which fails), and sometimes on the second screen. I have attempted to troubleshoot in many different ways, and none have worked.
