    Hi fkha​,

    Since both the original and replacement codes show “The voucher code is incorrect or is no longer valid,” please first make sure the code matches your PS5 platform and your PSN account region. Closed Beta codes are tied to the platform and region they were issued for.

    If both are correct, check your Game Library > Your Collection and your PlayStation transaction history in case the Beta was already added despite the error.

    I hope you’re able to locate the Beta or get the code working.

I asked for a new code since my last one dint work but now I have this problem an error shows up the voucher code is incorrect or I no longer valid.    What should I do
