Code not valid - The voucher code is incorrect or is no longer valid

Hi EA team, 

I received the code but have an error message with "The voucher code is incorrect or is no longer valid.".

I request a new code but still have the same issue.

My EA Account login email is not same as the PS5 login email, will it be the problem and how can I solve it?

    Hi fkha​,

    Since both the original and replacement codes show “The voucher code is incorrect or is no longer valid,” please first make sure the code matches your PS5 platform and your PSN account region. Closed Beta codes are tied to the platform and region they were issued for.

    If both are correct, check your Game Library > Your Collection and your PlayStation transaction history in case the Beta was already added despite the error.

    I hope you’re able to locate the Beta or get the code working.

    Hi, I received my beta code for EA Sports FC 27 but my code didn’t work, so I used the Beta code tool to get a replacement but every time I try to confirmation redemption using the new code I get a message “The voucher code is incorrect or is no longer valid”.

    Hi I just replaced my beta key, but when i went to redeem it, it said the code was invalid. Any assistance and guidance would be appreciated.

    Got an invite to trial the closed beta version, the code didnt work, a replacement code then also didnt work, ea help offered zero help kther than sending me a link page to the “help” section which if it helped inwouldnt be seeking an advisor, then they wished me well and left the chat. Absolutely useless
