Confused.

I got an email from Ea playtesting saying this. “

Hey Playtester,

This is a friendly reminder that you've been invited to participate in the EA SPORTS FC™ 27 Closed Beta.

You should have received a separate email between August 4-6 containing your game code and instructions on how to access the Closed Beta.”

But i check my email and I see no prior code. I’m confused
