Email :Reminder: EA SPORTS FC™ 27 Closed Beta" but no beta

As I say in the title, I got a reminder email, it says I have an email with a code for days or 4 or 5 or 6 of august , but I never got anything like another Email or a code, I attach the screenshot. (Ps5)

    Hey everyone,

    We've double-checked this with a number of your accounts and according to our system, anyone who received a reminder email would have also previously been sent an invitation email containing the game code.

    Please be sure to check your email inbox, particularly your spam/junk folder. It's also possible that the email was accidentally deleted or that your inbox was full when it was sent.

    Unfortunately, we're not able to provide individual replacement codes in this case.

    I received a reminder email to use my closed beta code and that I would have received this within an email earlier in the month but I never received the initial email. 

    hoping someone can help so I can use the code as I’ve done in previous years

    Hi says I been invited and should receive a code next few days to play fc27 bata but not receive the code

    I still haven’t received a beta code even though I was sent an email telling me me all modes are available in the beta and that I should’ve received a beta code. I have not received a code.

    I was sent an email saying I have been invited to closed beta and never received a code in my emails can I get help on this thanks.

    I am also experiencing this issue. I received an email yesterday reminding me to redeem my Beta code but did not receive an email originally sending the code.
