Hi, so I've managed to get it redeemed using the app. It appears the Web page just wasn't refreshing. However when I go to the PlayStation store to redeem and download it. I now get a message stating. Prepaid card could not be redeemed please try again later. 

Keep getting the same error every time I try to redeem it

If you already redeemed the code, you just need to download it. You can do that by looking at your recent purchases.

I've had a look and I can't find the Beta anywhere in order to download it, unsure what to do? I've checked my recent purchases and my library and it doesn't show anywhere 

This is the message I continue to get

Did you register for the beta or did someone give you a code? If you registered, are you sure you're using the same account you signed up with?

I didn't get the code from anyone, I got an email sent to me with the code. I think what I may have done wrong was redeem the code on the App first because it wasn't working on the Web browser page. I've tried requesting a new code but that doesn't work either 

It's possible you redeemed the code on the wrong account. Unfortunately, that's not something we can help with. I'm very sorry.

I get the same thing, but no option to download the beta, only pre order.
