I just redeemed the close beta on my Xbox but it isn’t showing up in my library. Do I need to do something else or will it appear at some point?

Same issue for me but have found it with game from full library. Thought it was auto download but you have to install demo version.
I received my code and successfully redeemed it. It shows in my Xbox purchase history but no file app or download has started in my Games and Apps
I tried a replacement code from EA but it says already redeemed
Xbox support said I should speak to EA support about this as the only fix for an issue like this is to search for the item in the store and then download it. However this is the closed beta so it's not in the store. I spoke to EA support and they said that as this is a closed beta there is no support for this and I would have to refer to the forum
When I redeemed my beta code it redeemed onto my Xbox and I got a confirmation email but I cannot find how to download it on the Xbox or find it on the Xbox.
I had the same issue on my PS5
So, it will be a wasted time if I contact Support right?
