Still unable to play?!?!
I was selected for the fc playtest from 11/3-11/18 and haven't been able to play since the first day of the playtest, November 3rd. I keep getting the msg that the playtest is unavailable when I try to load it. I even got the survey on the 9th with the free game redemption and haven't done it yet bc I haven't played much of it! I keep trying every day. I got another email with another "download code" for a secondary playtest (11/12-11/15), but it was the same code as before and it still won't load?! What's going on here?!
Can’t find game on PS5 after redeeming code confirmed
hi all. I’ve entered my code and was successful on PS5. However no download started. I look in transaction history and it shows that the code was accepted and processed but I can’t find where to download the play test anywhere. I have tried as others have said and gone, all games on the console and looked alphabetically but can only see EA FC 25 EA FC 26. Nothing about the play test. please help me on how to find it. thank you
Downloaded the game on my PS app
When I was at work yesterday I downloaded the play test on my PlayStation app on my phone. So that I could play it when I got home last night. I woke up this morning and the game is nowhere to be found on my system. But in transaction history it is there. I am unsure what to do?
