GameSir controller not working

haven't gotten the gamesir to work, but did get my ps5 controller to work. i am playing through the ea app (for  info). controller works fine in menus and games, but will not work in training (career mode).

I have a gamesir nova lite and this is the fix that worked for me

first you have to connect it via bluetooth or the 2.4ghz dongle as this drops the polling rate from 500hz to 125 hz.

If this doesnt work for you initially, you need to downgrade the firmware to version 4200 ( ps downgrading firmware comes with it own issues so please do this at your own risk)

Saw the below on here and it worked for me removed the input in bluetooth and devies and started working, i assume until a perminant fix will have to be done each time the game is launched-

Ok I managed to recreate the fix. While I am on profile screen at launch of the game. I open my devices in Windows and remove the 8bitdo controller as an input. Then when I go back into the game the controller stays working as an input rather than disconnecting like normal. 

same issue here as well. surely this can be fixed on the dev side asap

it has not resolved the issue on my gamesir 8k controller.. that being said my gamesir SE works fine on 1k? its baffling

I'm having the same issue. I have a GameSir controller, and it doesn't work with the FC 27 Beta. Could one of the developers please look into this and fix the issue? It's the only controller I have, and I haven't had any problems using it with previous FC games.

Same issue here unfortunately i do not have an alternate controller

I am also facing the same issue good to know my elite will work though!
