URGENT] Over 1 MONTH waiting for Playtesting Survey Code (Feb 21st)
Hi, I am posting again because it has been over a month since I completed the Playtesting survey on February 21st. I have provided all the proofs (screenshots of the confirmation email) multiple times, but I am still waiting for my game code. This delay (16+ business days since the survey closed) is unacceptable for an official Playtesting program. Is there a technical issue blocking the Feb 21st batch? Platform: PC Survey Date: Feb 21st
No Playtest game code?
I filled out a survey on feb 21st the minute i got the email for it. It included a game code. I chose battlefield 6 for xbox series x and never recieved my code. It is currently march 23rd. whats the point of offering a code upon finishing the survey if we don't get the code or a follow up email?

I didn't receive a code for the first survey a year ago, nor did I receive one this time. I chose Battlefield 6 for the first time, and now Split Fiction, and I've never received anything. Issue With Most Recent 2/21-2/28 survey
I was selected to complete the 2/21-2/28 survey for a free game, and while attempting to complete the survey on my phone it just opened up a page stating that the page had expired and to try again. Upon trying to access the survey again, I am getting the following page and am unable to progress in any way. This has been confirmed to have happened in incognito mode (no cache) and on my computer as well, each results in the same page. Please provide assistance so that I can complete this before the deadline.
Seasons mode bug – Playing without a goalkeeper
Hello, I am facing a bug in EA SPORTS FC 26 Seasons mode. In some matches, my team starts without a goalkeeper, which makes the game unplayable. I have already contacted EA Support, opened a support ticket, and reached out on Twitter, but I have not received any response yet. I'm playing the Icon Swaps event using my bundesliga team. There's been 3 consecutive games where I've scored using a chip shot but it hasn't recorded onto my objective count and I'm constantly having to play again. I can provide clips as evidence as well, but please fix this EA. I played it the right way and used a chip shot to score but it isn't recording.Need Help: My 240Hz Monitor Is Stuck at 60Hz on PS5
Hi, I’m hoping someone can help me understand what’s going on. I recently bought a new gaming monitor that supports up to 240Hz, but whenever I connect my PS5 and try to play FIFA, the refresh rate seems to be capped at 60Hz. I’m not sure if this is normal for FIFA or if I’m missing a setting somewhere. It’s a bit confusing because the monitor itself is definitely capable of 240Hz, so I was expecting a higher refresh rate in-game. If anyone has experience with this or can point me toward the correct settings or a helpful guide, I’d really appreciate it. Any advice or links would mean a lot. Thanks in advance!
