Haven't received my battlefield labs code

Hello, I haven't received my code for a steam download for battlefield labs, but I have been approved for the playtest. can anyone help ?

Got it sorted now thanks. The steam key is now visible here: https://ea.arcsivr.com/Portal/home

Fc 27 playtest survey not showing
I don't know why, but it won't show me FC 27 in the playtest section. I got the email, I click the link and log in, and there's no survey to fill in. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
