I finished the Playtest but still no survey …

I’ve been playing the play test since I got the invite on November 12th and I played for a few hours, however I still haven’t received any survey link or any link to upload my thoughts on the playtes...

Same here. My brother got the survey email twice and I didn’t get anything.

I am having a problem with unlocking this trophy . To unlock it , it say , Escape heat level 5 cop chase in story mode . I did this several times ..... but still not unlocking . Why is this ? ...
