Nothing is downloading!

I am playing on ps5

I just checked my game library and I see it , try that of you are using ps5 

i am in the same boat although i am on xbox

Go to game library, click R1 to go to “your collection” and click on EA Sports FC 26 and view play test. 

What's it called? I redeemed the code but i dont see anything

Same. Redeemed on website and can’t find anything to download. I still haven’t found an answer to the question “is this a new game or an update to the FC26 game I already own?”
