Player lobby - Unmovable

Current issue I’ve experienced since the start of the play test.

I’ve created my character and load the Lobby. But my character just stands there, can’t move in any direction and no buttons work/options to do anything. 
same even if I Reload/restart etc.

Unable to play anything currently.
