Playtest survey not working

Getting the same issue here too

I think it's on a first come first served basis which is annoying because not everyone checks their emails straight away.

Doesn't state that anywhere, especially if you've put the hours in testing. We should all get the reward?

Game codes are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis based on the timestamp of completed survey submission. Once all game codes have been issued, the survey will close. Sadly it's on the bottom of the email 

Sure, but the survey went out at 2am PST and by 10am it's closed. That is not working on good faith by EA. 

Edit: it's 10am now, according to when this thread started it was closed by 6am. 4 hours in the middle of the night for me.

Same for me. I was at work when the survey came out so couldn’t complete I feel like we should get a reward? I’ve left good feedback here, played a decent amount too 

"survey will be available until November 19th". (Fine print, we'll disable it after the first 5 responses). Do better EA

Typical ea greed , I went on within a couple of hours and it wouldn't lete do it, just pure sly if you ask me , so some get paid to test their game and others don't , lol, nice 

EA totally ignored all my emails about the survey message. Great. There's no point sending out 500 emails if there's only space for 10 survey responses. 

So they're expecting me or us to test their game for them for free while they pay some people with a free game in essence 50 quid because they happened to be glued to their emails at precisely the time they sent it??.........mmmmmmm let me think about this .......it's a hard pass from me , a multi billion pound company should either be giving everybody it or nobody it, not wasting my time which has value when your paying others for their time and not me
