prepaid card could not be redeemed

I tried redeeming my code my it kept giving me the message this prepaid card could not be redeemed please try again later is there any fix for it  [Title edit - CM]

    I had this issue lads I went into the library under purchased and it shows the beta there for download just doing it myself now

I redeemed the code and also a new code and it’s giving me a error saying 

The prepaid card could not be redeemed. Please try again later.

    Go to Game Library and see there, if you get the ‘FreeUp Space’ bug. Complete the following steps. 

    open your console into safe mode ‘press and hold the On button whilst your console is off till you hear a 2nd beep - connect controller using USBC cable - once in Safe Mode. Click the ‘repair storage’ option. You will then be able to download the beta!
