Question About EA SPORTS FC 27 Closed Beta Access

Hello EA Support,

I hope you're doing well.

I recently received an email regarding the EA SPORTS FC 27 Closed Beta. However, I still haven't received a beta code or any further instructions to access the test.

Could you please confirm whether this is normal? Should I expect to receive a code later, or does the email not necessarily mean that I have been selected for the Closed Beta?

    Hello EA Playtesting Team,

    I hope you're doing well.

    I am contacting you because my EA Playtesting account shows that I have been approved for the EA SPORTS FC™ 27 Closed Beta, and I also received the confirmation email stating that I was officially signed up for the playtest. However, the playtest has now started, and I still have not received my game code or any download instructions. Could you please check if there is an issue with my account or let me know when I can expect to receive my code?
