Re: FC27 Closed Beta - Not Showing in Library or Download

Hi all. 

so I received a Beta code for FC27 today - right console and region - and I’ve redeemed the code, which brought up the game. No option to download or anything, just said the code was successful for FC27. But the game hasn’t appeared anywhere?

I’ve checked my transaction history and it shows as being ‘purchased’, but I can’t see where I need to go to download or launch the game. Can someone help point me to where I go next, please? I can’t find it in the store or game library, so maybe it’s tucked away in some menu somewhere that I can’t find?

    I have the same issue. I even went ahead to request a new code but nothing’s working

    this exact situation has happened with me. There is a beta code redemption tool in another article online which I used to get a replacement beta code as I had attempted to redeem my initial code through my phone… I attempted the replacement code on my PS5 console, and it said: the prepaid card could not be used at this time..

    Not sure if this will work for you, but I tried to clear out a big chunk of storage, and suddenly the beta download appeared in my game library! Not sure if it was that or something from the back end. Hope that works for you too!

    Thanks all. I’ve got about 650GB free so not a storage issue, but thanks for the suggestion. Likewise I requested a new code, redeemed it, same thing happened. Now it says I can’t have a third code, can’t redeem the old codes again, and got no game to play.

    If you haven't already, please navigate to Game Library > Your Collection, and the beta should appear there.
