Re: FC27 Closed Beta - Not Showing in Library or Download

Hello i was trying to use the code and i received the notification that it was successfully applied and then i try to download the game i couldn't, i don't see any options to get the game i need some assistance with that please.

    Hi there,

    Which platform are you playing on?

    • PC: If the game doesn’t appear in your library, please restart the EA app or Steam client. If it’s still missing, try clearing the client’s cache: EA app / Steam
    • Xbox: Go to My Games & Apps > Demos > Free with Xbox.
    • PlayStation: The download option should appear immediately after you redeem the code. / On your PS5 home screen, go to Game Library > Your Collection. / You can also go to Settings > Account > Order History.
    • Nintendo Switch: The download should begin automatically after you redeem the code.
