I have the same thing when i redeemed my code.
Same thing and i tried everything to fix it but nothing worked.

I think I'm going to get depressed—I didn't get into the FC27 closed beta...
An EA rep has confirmed for PC players that the beta is hidden and won’t be available to download until 10AM PST today. August 5th.

Go get serious help if a game dies that to you
