When inputting the redeem code - the Beta game pops up but nothing downloads and no option to download. I initially thought it was a glitch and left but it now says the code has already been used. Any way to resolve?

Please note that the same code cannot be redeemed more than once. If you’ve already redeemed it on your account, you won’t need to redeem it again.
I've worked it out, you have to go to 'My games and apps' , Full Library, then tab across to 'free with xbox' and then you have to download it there. Judging by the number of people confused on here today, it would have made sense to make this clearer!
