Accidentally redeemed code on wrong account

Hi EA team I downloaded the game on an account where I don’t have the email anymore to receive the verification code by accident so can I receive another code so I can test the game on my account that I play FC on 

Hi,

I received a playtest invitation and Xbox Series X|S redemption code on my EA Playtesting account.

Unfortunately, a family member accidentally redeemed the code while signed into a different Microsoft/Xbox account. Microsoft confirms that the redemption was successfully processed on that account, but it is not the Microsoft account I intended to use with my invited EA account.

The original code now shows as invalid/used when I try the EA code assistance tool, so I cannot redeem it on the correct account.

Could an EA Community Manager or support representative please help me get a replacement code tied to the EA account that originally received the invitation?

I can provide privately:

- The email address that received the EA invitation
- The Microsoft account the code was accidentally redeemed on
- The Microsoft order confirmation
- The original redemption code
- Screenshots showing the error

I don't want to post any of those details publicly because they contain account and playtest information.

I accidentally used the Beta code on a web browser instead of on my console and it won’t let me put it on my console. How can I play the game in a web browser or how can I put it onto my PS5?

If you're getting an error that your code is already used, you might have already redeemed it and only need to find the Beta on your PS5 to download it. On your PS5 home screen, go to Game Library > Your Collection. You can also go to Settings > Account > Order History.

If you redeemed the Beta code on the wrong account, please try using the code replacement tool pinned up above.

If you're unable to access the email address associated with your EA account, it'd be best to contact our live support team to update the account information and regain access to that account.
