Redeemed code but not working

Hi,

ive redeemed the code from my EA account but this is in a different email to my PlayStation account so not sure if this would transfer or what I can do to try and resolve this.

    Hello,

    so I entered the code via my EA account which is connected to my ps5 online account.

    and can’t see any downloads

    Hi there. Unfortunately, if your PSN ID is linked to a different account than the one you registered with, the beta will not be playable. The platform ID needs to be linked to the EA account you registered for the beta with.
