I redeemed the code that I got from EA and I don't see the game on my console.
I redeemed the code via PS App.
Did I miss something?

On PS5, go to your library and find EAFC26, click on that and it should open a page showing different versions of the game. You'll find the playtest there
I also have this issue. Redeemed the code via the app and it's showing as purchased in my Transaction History, but it did not start the download and is nowhere in my purchased games library?
Exactly like DomH18 is saying. I see the transaction on my console, I can't redeem the code again, and I don't see the game in my library at all. :(
