Still no game code in over a week

Anyone who also has a problem with accessing the survey that EA send out on the 21 of febuari 2026?

Same, started filling it in on saturday, but didn't finish it, when I wanted to finish it today it dissapeared.

Same here. Accidentally closed the link once. Since then it always lands to default playtest-profile page, without any surveys. 

I completed it but not received an email confirmation or anything on the play test website. No reward either so far 5 days have passed. 

I did it on the 21st and haven't gotten a code it's honestly ridiculous 

I think they will give you the code after testing.I do not know when the test will be

They are supposed to give out the code 10 business days after the survey ends(Feb 27th). So that would be March 13.

You had to complete the survey before 5 p.m. PST 27th February.

This is the reply I got -  I assume because they did invite me to complete the survey and I did within a few hours after the original invitation email, I would get the reward. Currently still waiting
