All this talk about career/my team is missing the point. The fundamentals havent been changed in years, track surface, weather, tyres essential remain untouched.
A good example of what I mean is rather than track surface when you start to get the static drops appear on the car (been like this for years) is best time to switch to inters. Why is there static rain drops on the car at 200mph+?
If you codies/ea team members read this....sort out the fundamentals of what F1 is before trying to do the gimmicky stuff that your marketing department tries to hype and sell to the uninformed. I'm not talking about making the game a "sim" just getting the racing environment right so that there is lots of variation in races due to track surfaces, weather etc.
If its not too late in the 2024 dev process make this a focus point because once done correctly you wont have to do much to it in the following years.
